Thank you, and I welcome you to Harry's Page. I hope our site gave you all the vital information that you needed to accomplish your goal. If it didn't answer all your questions, maybe this page will. Here, this last page--my page, is something of a bonus! Here is where I will strip away all the glimmer and varnish and provide you with the ‘bare bones ’ of what you need to know to get the best rates for your mortgage or loan.

But you wonder: Who is Harry and why does he have a page? Okay. Fair question. But let me warn you first. What I’m about to say is going to be upfront and honest. I’m not going to pull back in my talk. You’re going to hear like it is. I going to talk about something that I specialize in, with over 20 years experience talking for me. You are not going to hear, “This is what I heard thru another person; or its something I read from a textbook.” No sir. What I am going to tell you are the FACTS—Hardcore proven facts of me in the trenches that have reaped for me and my clients optimum results. These results have proven time and again that they work for me and for my clients in real estate. And through this newsletter we will be going over them together in detail. How does that sound?

Intriguing? Good.

But now you ask: Why should you believe me?

Well, maybe because I have helped thousands of clients with their homes and properties, and have funded over 200 Million dollars worth of loans.  I think that’s a good place to start.

Now, before I begin, I want this to BE CLEAR: This page is not about how to get rich. I don’t believe in that. If you’re looking for that here, you’re at the wrong site. But, If you want to know how to improve and capitalize on your property; and how to save on your mortgage, or payments, stay here. You’re in for a big surprise.

But before I go into why you should listen to what I have to say, Let me tell you a bit about me.

My name is Harry S. I’m the CEO of United Mortgage Lenders - one of Southern California’s premier mortgage companies. But let me continue. I tried many different businesses, but I found out nothing could compare in fulfilling your quickest return as fast as real estate So, after working for several companies, I knew I had to be on my own. I was looking for an opportunity where I could learn to grow and prosper from. Then around the late 1980's, I knew the only way to capitalize on this would be real estate. So I told my wife about it. She understood completely. My wife pushed me into real estate. I thought, really? She said, 'Harry, it’s a great opportunity for us and our future.’ So luckily, I decided to listen to my wife.

That’s when I wanted to change.
I took courses, worked really hard, got my degree and finally bought my first home. And seriously my friends, that changed my life. I wanted to share it with other friends because they were also working hard—just like I did, but they were barely paying their bills. So I told them to start looking for some property. They looked around and eventually found something. Before long, their appreciation on their house went up. Happy with their result, I told them to acquire another. From then, others heard about my helping this family out, and more people came to ask if I could help them with their mortgage. As a result, my business began to build.

Let me tell you: I remember how hard it was getting my first mortgage. It wasn't easy. But, I said to myself, God willing, one day I want to tell people about what I learned and what I went through–so they don’t have to. That is why I have this page. I want to share with you, my own experiences what you should know about mortgages–and the best way to get them!

And here’s where we’ll do it.
